RETURNS
We understand that it's not always easy to get it right first time when buying online, so please contact us immediately if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase.
If you do wish to return or exchange an item, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order and return it to us within 28 days unused, in its original packaging, for an exchange or refund. Unless the item is faulty, return postage will be at your cost.

We are sorry but earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Please include your order reference, name and return address. Affix the correct postage to the package. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will acknowledge receipt and confirm approval of your refund by email. A credit will then be issued to your original method of payment, typically within 5 working days (subject to usual banking process).
You may also request an exchange for an alternative item. A refund or request for additional payment will be issued where the alternative item is priced differently to the original item.
